Shipping policy

We strive get your product to you in a reasonable amount of time. If your items are delayed, you will be notified when to expect your shipment and provided a tracking number. Packages are currently being shipped in 4-5 days.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience due to shipping delays caused by weather, courier response, and/or holidays. Shipping times do vary by location. 

Currently, we are only shipping to the USA.

When ordering multiple items, some of your products may ship separately based on items in stock or due to the personalization process. 

Lost and missing packages:

The Spoiled Dog Shop is not liable if the incorrect address is place during the checkout process. In the event your purchase is lost and we have made an error, we will accept full responsibility for the order and will correct issue at no cost to you. 

 

 **It is encouraged that you please order up to 7 business days in advance to guarantee your items arrive on time, especially if you are ordering a product for a special occasion or holiday. We are advising all of our customers to do this, as shipping times and locations are currently delayed due to CV-19 and our courier partners.** For more information, please visit your chosen carriers policies on deliveries.
