Shipping policy

We strive to get your product to you in a reasonable amount of time. If your items are delayed, you will be notified when to expect your shipment and provided a tracking number. Packages are currently being shipped in 4-5 days.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience due to shipping delays caused by weather, courier response, and/or holidays. Shipping times do vary by location. 

Currently, we are only shipping to the USA.

When ordering multiple items, some of your products may ship separately based on items in stock or due to the personalization process. 

Lost and missing packages:

The Spoiled Dog Shop is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. In the event your purchase is lost and we have made an error, we will accept full responsibility for the order and will correct the issue at no cost to you. 

 

We recommend ordering at least 7 business days in advance, especially for a special occasion or holiday.  Ship times may vary because of weather, holidays, or carrier delays. For more information, please review your chosen carrier's delivery policies.
