Welcome to The Spoiled Dog Shop—a brand built from love, healing, resilience, and the unforgettable bond between dogs and the people who love them like family.

Founded from love and healing

Rhonda Holloway founded The Spoiled Dog Shop in Connecticut in 2020 after personal battles, medical challenges, and a painful season of loss. During some of her hardest moments—including divorce and the grief of being unable to have children—her beloved dog Sasha brought comfort, companionship, and the kind of unconditional love that helped her heal.

What began as a creative outlet grew into a purpose-driven online shop celebrating dogs, the people who adore them, and the joy they bring to everyday life.

The dogs behind the dream

After Sasha passed, Star and Skye—two Cavapoo sisters full of personality, mischief, cuddles, and love—became Rhonda’s motivation to keep building. They are the heart of the brand and a daily reminder that dogs are never “just pets.” They are family.

The shop’s story also includes MeShell, who later joined the family journey and shared in the love surrounding Star and Skye, while Rhonda continues to lead the brand as founder.

Style with purpose

The Spoiled Dog Shop is proud to be a Connecticut-based, online-only, Black-owned, female-owned, family business. We create comfortable, meaningful apparel and accessories for people who love their dogs out loud.

Giving back remains part of our mission. A portion of proceeds helps support efforts that feed homeless pets and care for animal and human causes close to our hearts.
