Refund policy

Returns

Not happy with your product? Please reach out and let us know! If you wish to return your purchase, please return within 14 days from the date of shipment arrival. After 14 days, we will offer a refund. If your returned after the 14 days, we will offer you an exchange/credit.  Please inspect your products right away and contact us for any issues that you may have. If you wish, you may email pictures of the items that are damaged upon receipt of your shipment. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, cannot be returned. 

Refunds (if applicable)
We kindly ask that you return the unused items to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will be processed back to your card and will appear in 5-10 business days. Please note there are no refunds after 14 days. Some items may not be exchanged if they are engraved or personalized specific to you. If these items are faults of The Spoiled Dog Shop, then we will gladly accept your refund. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund. 
If you have taken all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at: info@thespoileddogshop.com 

Sale items (if applicable) can be exchanged only for equal or lesser value. Once the item is returned to us, we will gladly issue an exchange for your purchase. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note that colors are sometimes slightly lighter or darker, depending on the item (s) purchased and the resolution of your monitor.
