Q: Where are my items shipping from? 

A. All of our products are made and shipped from the United States. 

Q :  How do I know which size to order?  

A : We have attached a sizing chart for each shirt that you may consider ordering. Some shirt styles may require you to purchase a size up since a few of them they to tend to run small. 

Q :  How much is shipping?  

A :  Shipping is free for orders over $100 USD. We are only shipping to USA, Canada, Australia, and the U.K. at this time. In the event that you have items ship at different times, please let us know, and we will adjust the shipping costs for your order. It is our goal to have every thing shipped at once so this does not happen. Again, with the uncertainty of the shipping delays with several freight companies, we will monitor this issue and make it right, if you are incorrectly billed.  

Q :  When will my order ship?

A :  Most orders typically ship within 5-10 business days of being placed. This is currently due to CV-19. It is our goal to make sure you are happy with your products, from checkout to delivery! You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Please note that some items may take longer to ship based on time of order and the location the purchase is being shipped to. 

Q :  What about International shipping?

A : We offer weight + size calculated rates for shipments outside the US, via UPS/DHL or other international carriers. Packages within the United States may ship via USPS.

Please note that certain items may not qualify for shipment outside the USA.

Customers outside of the USA are responsible for all applicable taxes & duties.

Q: What if I need to return or exchange an item?


Not happy with your product? If you wish to return a product, you have 7 days from the date of shipment arrival. After 14 days, the product must be sent back to us.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we cannot accept the return.

**If you are not happy with your purchase due to a sizing issue, we will gladly exchange the product. Please be advised that due to the Pandemic, we would like to keep the trying on and returning worn items to a minimum so it is advised that you follow the size chart that is attached to each product.**

If you need to return a product due it being defective, please contact us via email and we will correct the issue right away. To minimize this, please wash your products according to the care instructions. (We personally recommend cold water with the garment turned inside out. Tumble dry on low to medium heat or hang to dry. We also advise you not to iron on the design directly, as this will cause the image to become damaged). Please send us a message and we will work with you to ensure you receive exactly what you are looking for. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Some items may not be exchanged if they are engraved or personalized specific to you. If these items are faults of The Spoiled Dog Shop, then we will gladly accept your return and issue a refund. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please allow 10 business days for your refund.

Sale items (if applicable) can be exchanged only for equal or lesser value. Once the item is returned to us, we will gladly issue an exchange for your purchase. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note that colors are sometimes slightly lighter or darker, depending on the item (s) purchased and the resolution of your monitor.
